Georgia Letting Vandy Look Too Good

“Georgia Letting Vandy Look Too Good”

This meeting between Georgia and Vanderbilt was different from the last. Which can be expected with it being like a new young team. And it seemed even more like a new team, after Bower’s going down in the second half with an ankle injury. Ever since Bower’s stepped on the field his freshman year, it seemed like after every game if you asked a fan how they liked the game it was always “Did you see that play Bower’s made?” “Did you see him jump over that dude?” “Did you see that amazing touchdown pass He caught?” And it’s all for good reason. But when Bower’s face wasn’t found on the field, it suddenly looked like a much younger and newer team. Out of the team, Bower’s is one of the most recognized faces. When my dad and I watched the 4th quarter and we heard Bower’s wasn’t playing. I told my dad “Oh that’s why we stink.” I was joking to some degree. I know we have a great team and it isn’t just one player. But we all know the player Bower’s is. This game isn’t one I saw all the way through so this post will be short and sweet. I do believe Beck had a couple of interceptions and sacks and after the Kentucky game, I don’t think Beck played as well as everyone hoped he would. Woodring I believe missed a field goal but also made his farthest FG of the season with 44 yards. He’s doing a great job and writing a legacy at Georgia. This team pushed through a hard fought win without one of their best players. These Dawgs are working hard.

God Bless and Go Dawgs!
