Bama Is At It Again

Bama claims the SEC Championship after Georgia puts up a fight

Last night was a crazy ride (pun intended. I was at Disney riding rides during the SEC Championship). Georgia lost a game and it had been awhile. I almost forgot what it felt like to lose a game. But you know what? I’m a bulldog. I love this team and they worked so hard all season and in this SEC Championship. I’m not mad at my team. They did great. Winning isn’t everything. You win some and you lose some. It’s apart of the game. But the fact that even with all our injuries Georgia held on so long and gave bama a run for their money, that is awesome. The picture to this post was me at Calloway Gardens two years ago when Georgia and Alabama played in the SEC Championship. Georgia did their best and that is what matters. They had another great season. The one thing I’m mad at is the playoffs. Somehow Georgia got cheated out of the playoffs, even though we were ranked number one and hadn’t lost a game until the SEC championship last night. There’s a lot to say. I’ve got a game to watch and some DawgNation news to read. More posts will follow this one. I’ve already written the one that will follow this one in the plan. But I definitely will have more to say after I watch the game and read some DawgNation. One thing I can say. It is still great to be a Georgia Bulldog. This team is awesome and they are like no other team. God Bless and Go Dawgs!

For the Dawgs: “Every one of you worked so hard in this SEC Championship and don’t think it’s for nothing. You may have lost the game but you’re more than winning and losing. I wouldn’t change being a Georgia fan even if we lost every championship we played in. I wouldn’t give up on Georgia and become an Alabama fan even if Bama won every game and championship they played. I’m a Georgia fan and that doesn’t change when we win or lose. I want you dawgs to know that y’all are a team that doesn’t give up. I’m thankful to be a Georgia fan. Y’all played a great game and did everything y’all could to win. You did your best. Keep your heads up because you worked so hard and you’ve had another great season and you’ve got a bowl game to win!”
